  • The SG Shochu KOME: 30ml
  • Calvados: 15ml
  • Soda: 120ml
  • Garinish: Lemon Peel

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice, combine The SG Shochu KOME and Calvados. Stir lightly to chill, add soda, and incorporate gently by lifting the ice. Express and garnish lemon peel.
