  • The SG Shochu MUGI: 30ml
  • Mezcal: 15ml
  • Soda: 120ml
  • Garinish: Orange Peel

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice, combine The SG Shochu MUGI and mezcal. Stir lightly to chill, add soda, and incorporate gently by lifting the ice. Express and garnish orange peel.

About the drink

As if a standard highball wasn’t good enough!

The Hybrid Highball offers a unique double-spirit approach to the highball experience.

Using the 2:1 ratio, the chocolate and vanilla notes of The SG Shochu MUGI playing with the earthiness and grassiness of the mezcal creates a new dimension of depth and complexity.
